Room, Service and Equipment Rental Prices

The following price lists will help you make crucial decisions regarding your room, service and equipment rental needs.

CBT Room Rental Prices

Large Meeting Room (BT103/105)
Holds 40; includes LCD projector, VCR/DVD, Laptop, Surround Sound Speakers
 $15/hour
Computer Lab (BT102)
Includes 14 computer stations, Smartboard, and LCD Projector
 $30/hour

Conference Room (BT 101)
Holds 8; includes conference phone

 $10/hour
Video Conference Lab (BT104)
Includes: 14 computer stations, ELMO, DVD/VHS Player, Video Conferencing equipment: cameras, audio & flat screens
$40/hour

On-Campus Services

Off-Campus Equipment Rental

Portable Applications Laboratory (PAL)
A 2-16 laptops with LCD projector (minimum 3 hours)
$50/hour
PAL Setup and Pickup Fees (optional)
$75/visit
Single Laptop Computer (minimum 3 hours)
$30/hour
LCD Projector (minimum 3 hours) $30/hour

Notes:

In accordance with Washington State Community College policy, Sunday room rentals will incur an additional fee due to overtime pay for staff. Rooms (not including equipment or services) could range from $225 to $300 for eight hours.

A 25% surcharge will apply for rescheduling of rooms, equipment, and/or programs.

Charges for technical support will be assessed based upon the complexity of the setup and tear-down requirements of your room, service and equipment rentals. Additional charges for special setup/tear-down arrangements (i.e., those that go beyond standard arrangements) may be assessed.

All audiovisual services are coordinated through Microcomputer Support and a WSCC AV specialist. To coordinate AV equipment requests contact Bobbie Bice .
