Room, Service and Equipment Rental Prices

The following price lists will help you make crucial decisions regarding your room, service and equipment rental needs.

CBT Room Rental Prices

Classroom(s) or Conference Room	$15/hour
Computer Lab(s)	$30/hour
Testing Center Computers	$50/hour

Service and Equipment Rental

LCD Projector	$10/day
LCD Overhead Projector	$0/day
Flipchart	$10/day
TV/VCR/DVD	$10/day each.
Laptop Computer	$10/day
Room Arrangements or Re-arrangements (setup/tear-down)	$25/day

Off-Campus Equipment Rental

Portable Applications Laboratory (PAL) A 14-station portable lab with LCD projector (minimum 3 hours) (Receive a 10% discount for two or more days.)	$50/hr.
** Setup and Pickup Fees (Contract Training ONLY)	$75/visit
Additional Laptop Computers	$20/hr. each
LCD Projector (minimum 3 hours)	$10/hr.
LCD Overhead Projector	$10/day
Portable Projection Screen	$10/day

Notes:

In accordance with Washington State Community College policy, Sunday room rentals will incur an additional fee due to overtime pay for staff. Rooms (not including equipment or services) could range from $225 to $300 for eight hours.

A 25% surcharge will apply for rescheduling of rooms, equipment, and/or programs.

Charges for technical support will be assessed based upon the complexity of the setup and tear-down requirements of your room, service and equipment rentals. Additional charges for special setup/tear-down arrangements (i.e., those that go beyond standard arrangements) may be assessed.

All audiovisual services are coordinated through Microcomputer Support and a WSCC AV specialist. To coordinate AV equipment requests contact Bobbie Bice .
